the client
DOSIS Systems builds pharmacy automation that fills single-dose blister cards for long-term care, corrections, and mental health pharmacies across the United States.
the challenge
The company was Manchac Technologies, and DOSIS was its product: a line of machines everyone called “the robots.” They came to us for business cards and brochures. As our brand team dug in, we saw a bigger problem. The market saw a maker of robots, when what they really offered was a complete system for running a pharmacy's workflow.
what we did
We rebranded the company around its product as DOSIS Systems: a process built on automation towers, not a collection of robots. That meant a new logo, collateral, and a website built around the idea of a system rather than a machine. Then we launched and managed an inbound marketing campaign to reach pharmacies, and created internal communication pieces for their team.
the result
DOSIS Systems is now one of the leading long-term care pharmacy automation groups in the country. Over the years we've also helped them communicate a major shift in how they sell, from a purchase-only model to a subscription.
